What is Nature-Inspired Management (MIN)?
MIN starts from a simple principle: natural ecosystems have been solving problems of resilience, cooperation and resource allocation for millions of years — problems human organizations still struggle to master.
By translating these principles into governance, human-resources and strategy tools, MIN offers a credible alternative to the purely mechanistic management models inherited from the 20th century.
The Y-Tree Theory
The central model of MIN, the Y-Tree Theory structures organizational diagnosis across three layers: roots (culture, values, purpose), trunk (governance and information flow) and branches (offerings, markets, innovation). An imbalance between these layers helps anticipate crises before they surface.
