Nature-Inspired Management, an answer to organizational crises
Researcher, author and speaker, DY Alfred has spent several years developing an original reading of management: observing the laws of the living world to rethink the governance, resilience and growth of human organizations.
At the heart of this approach, the Y-Tree Theory maps any organization across three layers — roots, trunk, branches — to diagnose its structural health and anticipate breaking points.
