The Y-Tree Theory, presented in the book Une Vie Durable, invites leaders to map their organization across three layers: the roots (values, culture, purpose), the trunk (governance, processes, information flow) and the branches (offerings, markets, innovation).

A tree growing out of balance — oversized branches on weak roots — always foreshadows a break. The model therefore serves as a diagnostic grid to anticipate organizational crises before they become visible on the surface.
